It conveys the message that all humans are responsible for protecting and preserving the planet's natural resources and ecosystems.

"One Planet" calls for action for individuals, communities, businesses, and governments to make greener choices. The message is to lower our environmental impact, save resources, use renewable energy, and live sustainably to keep Earth a liveable, thriving home for all.

Today, these challenges are substantial and not merely buzzwords. We are at a critical juncture, grappling with pressing global issues: climate change, environmental harm, poverty, food and energy scarcity, an ageing population, and pandemics.

And to tackle these issues, we must all work together—governments, international organisations, and each person and local communities. Sustainable solutions are essential, given our finite resources. By collaborating, we can build a fairer and more prosperous future.
